Suppliers must operate in full compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in the countries in which they operate.
Suppliers must uphold and respect internationally recognized human rights and labor standards.
Suppliers must provide a safe and healthy working environment and implement practices to prevent work-related injuries.
Suppliers must actively work to reduce their environmental impact and comply with environmental laws.
Suppliers must conduct business ethically and with integrity, avoiding corruption and conflicts of interest.
Suppliers must protect confidential information and comply with data privacy laws and agreements.

Suppliers shall not use forced labor, indentured labor, or child labor under any circumstances.
Employees shall be treated with dignity and respect. Working hours, wages, and benefits must comply with applicable laws.
Suppliers shall respect the rights of workers to form and join trade unions and to engage in collective bargaining.
Employment-related decisions must be based on merit and not on race, color, gender, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, or any other protected status.
Bribery, kickbacks, or any form of corrupt practice is strictly prohibited.
Any actual or potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed to Aquip.io.
All records must be accurate, complete, and transparent.
Suppliers and their employees may report violations of this Code or other unethical behavior to Aquip.io at: security@aquip.io. Reports may be made anonymously, where permitted by law, and retaliation is prohibited.
Aquip.io reserves the right to assess and monitor Suppliers’ compliance with this Code. Violations may result in corrective actions, suspension, or termination of the business relationship.
